Construction of the future stages of Sapphire Cove is due to start in February 2025.
There are several approvals relating to the development of the Sapphire Cove estate. There is the development consent from Council and the Controlled Activity Approval from the Federal Government. Both require the preparation of environmental plans to minimise the adverse impacts of the development works.
Council and the Federal Government have now approved the environmental plan set, which comprises:
- Construction Environmental Management Plan
- Biodiversity Management Plan
- Landscape Plan
Copies of these plans can be accessed from the links below. The development will now proceed in accordance with these plans and progress will be reported in the annual reports on this web page.
