BERMAGUI GOLF CLUB PROPOSED SUBDIVISION, NSW (EPBC 2022/09242)
NOTIFICATION FOR PUBLICATION OF FINAL PRELIMINARY DOCUMENTATION UNDER THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 (EPBC Act)
The following notice is published pursuant to Section 95B(4) of the EPBC Act.
Mundarrah Pty Ltd proposes to develop Lot 228 DP 1284959, Songlark Street, Bermagui, NSW, on the Western side of the Bermagui township, approximately 34 kilometres north-east of the Bega township, to create 187 residential lots and associated infrastructure.
The proposed action was determined a controlled action, on the basis that the proposed action is likely to have a significant impact on listed threatened species and ecological communities (sections 18 and 18A) protected by the EPBC Act. The identification number for the action is EPBC 2022/09242. The controlling provisions are listed threatened species and ecological communities (section 18 and 18A).
Public comments were sought from 10 October 2022 to 24 October 2022. No public comments were received during this period, and the period for public comments is now closed.
The final Preliminary Documentation and associated attachments will be on display during regular business hours from 4 November 2022 for 10 business days.
